Do you want to further your career as a Quantity Surveyor within a multi award winning property and construction consultancy that will develop your skills and fully support you to becoming a chartered Quantity Surveyor?

And due to our continuing success and growth, we are now looking for our next talented Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join our Cost Management team based at our Bristol office.

Key Duties:
•Cost estimate and cost planning
•Forecast the cost of different materials and advise on alternative proposals
•Tender management including assembly of tender documents
•Evaluation of tenders and reporting thereon
•Contract management, preparation of contract conditions and assembly of contract documents
•Valuation of construction work and arranging payment
•Provide financial advice on variations
•Cost reporting
•Prepare final accounts

Skills Required:
•You will have a relevant RICS accredited degree
•Experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams. You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating a high-level diligence and organisational skills.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Ridge and Partners will need to demonstrate the desire and drive to becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor which will be fully supported by the company (the national Ridge APC support process) and the Bristol Team.
